All these guest rooms are on the second floor, having private bathroom facilities, with the front two having views of the bay. Each bedroom has an individual theme – and maybe a story or two to accompany it – and provides another touch of the ambiance that the Innkeeper successfully creates.

 

Owners Quarters are a combination of first and second floor (the back areas of each), with a bedroom, bathroom, multi-purpose room, kitchen and laundry facilities on the first floor. A back stairway leads to the OQ Master Bedroom, which has its own bathroom and closet, in addition to a deck off the bedroom which overlooks the backyard gardens (visible in the back view photo). The lower level has great use of its space, housing an office, storage for the B&B and the utility room.

Having three lots provides ample space to further the goals of the B&B, be it garden space for serenity (currently), the hosting of outdoor events or another building.
