It includes a 1,684 sq. ft. owners' residence with private entrance, enclosed garden, and entry to the landmark 25 stall barn. Fenced paddocks, organic gardens and lawns with shady black-locust trees, and direct access to walking, cycling,snowmobiling and horseback riding trails are other attributes.
